1963 2 door Deluxe
This is one of the other Cortina's we own. We have had this car for quite sometime but its a long term project and progress has been slow. These models have a 'bar' type speedo and stalk controls for lights and indicators. It is quite hard to find good examples of early model cortinas now, especially 1963 models.

The Story
This came from a Melbourne Auction center and it was a good solid car although suffering some damage to the left front the rest of the car was in good solid order. We proceeded to repair the damage and give it a fresh coat of paint. The colour choice was easy, its original factory colour, Cassia Yellow.

Everything was painted inside and out so we have to do a complete refit of drive train and interior. All new rubbers, suspension and steering components have been fitted to this car.

We have refitted the engine bay wiring and fitted new front suspension including whiteline sways bars, strut inserts, springs and nolathane bushs.
